pâte brisée recipe
good & simple pie crust
Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 125g cold/softened butter
- 100ml water
- 4g salt
Instructions:
- mix the flour with butter chunks until its like sand but not too much so that the buter melts
- add the water with salt dissolved inside
- mix it so that its like evenly mixed
- put the dough on a table and kinda crush it against the surface with ur palm
- leave it to rest for at least 2 hours
- u can roll it out or put it in the fridge (with plastic film so it dont dry out)
