pâte brisée recipe

good & simple pie crust


Ingredients:

  • 250g flour
  • 125g cold/softened butter
  • 100ml water
  • 4g salt

Instructions:

  1. mix the flour with butter chunks until its like sand but not too much so that the buter melts
  2. add the water with salt dissolved inside
  3. mix it so that its like evenly mixed
  4. put the dough on a table and kinda crush it against the surface with ur palm
  5. leave it to rest for at least 2 hours
  6. u can roll it out or put it in the fridge (with plastic film so it dont dry out)
